Application Conditions

To participate in the activity, applicants must be able to travel to exhibit and present their work on the actual event day.
Submission format: Submit an Innovation Pitch Deck/Proposal that clearly shows the development process and operational steps.
Project support: The project provides space for disseminating and exhibiting innovation at the national level, with no budget support.
Participant expenses: Participants must be responsible for travel expenses and expenses for setting up the exhibition area themselves.

Role of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) as Co-host of Maker Fest

Participate in project promotion
- Disseminate news through BMA's main media (Bangkok Metropolitan Administration page, Department of Education website).
- Distribute news to 50 district offices to inform schools under their jurisdiction and communities thoroughly.
Participate in setting selection criteria
- Co-determine the assessment framework for schools and works, focusing on equal criteria, measuring ideas, creativity, and real-world problem-solving application.
Participate in selecting schools
- Send representatives from the Department of Education/Supervisors to join the selection committee.
- Collect applications and push potential BMA schools to join the exhibition.
Support personnel and students to visit the event
- Issue support letters for directors, teachers, and students to attend the event as an out-of-classroom learning activity.
